Should it occur
to you that for whatever reason you must cancel
your booking, please do so
as soon as
possible. Reservation must be cancel by 3:00 PM,
48 hours (two days) prior to arrival. If you do
not cancel your reservation within the allotted
cancellation period or fail to check-in, the hotel
will charge a penalty (one night's room charge
plus tax) to the credit card provided to reserve
the room.
Our utmost concern is that you get maximum refund
back. Failure to do so will result in you being
subject to the conditions described above so it
is imperative that you let us know as early as
possible.
How to Cancel:
Cancellations must be made in writing, quoting
the booking reference number, by e-mail to
reservation@luxuryinnforrestcity.com
with the word "CANCEL" in the subject
line. Please note that your cancellation has been
acknowledged and accepted only when you receive
a cancellation confirmation. Proof of sending
is not regarded as proof of delivery.

No-Show and Early Check-Out:
No refunds will be made for No-Shows (failure
to check in without prior message or cancellation
sent to us) or early checkouts.
Credit Card Refunds:
Please note that refunds will be made in the form
of a credit to your card account.
All credit card refunds will be processed in a
timely manner. The refund process is dependent
on your billing cycle with the credit card company.
Once the refund instructions leave our office
it can take anywhere from 10 - 45 working days
for the proceeds to arrive in your account.
Credit Card Decline:
If the credit card you are using is not accepted
by our bank for any reason, you will be given
the option to enter the details of an alternative
card within 36 hours. Otherwise, we may no longer
be able to guarantee your reservation.
